Overview

Noor M. Al-Fawzan is a corporate partner in the Riyadh office of Kirkland & Ellis International Law Firm. Noor advises clients on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters with a Saudi nexus.

Noor leverages her extensive transactional experience and an international perspective to guide government and private clients on public and private mergers, acquisitions and disposals; joint ventures and in-bound investments; corporate restructuring; and public company representation. She efficiently manages transactions and approaches each matter with a solid understanding of the market and the specific nuances of Saudi law.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Noor was a partner at Latham & Watkins. Noor also previously worked as legal counsel in the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), an arm of the World Bank Group, where she received the MIGA Directors Award for innovative work in connection with structuring various transactions in the West Bank and Gaza.
