- Bain Capital Private Equity on the investment and strategic partnership in CitiusTech
- Bain Capital Private Equity on the €955.3 million public takeover of Caverion Corporation
- Rocket Software, a portfolio company of Bain Capital Private Equity, on its acquisition of the Application Modernization and Connectivity business of OpenText (NASDAQ: OTEX) (TSX: OTEX), for a total purchase price of $2.275 billion
- Charlesbank Capital Partners on its investment in Perspective Financial Group, an independent financial advisor firm with £8 billion assets under advice
- Francisco Partners in its acquisition of Kobalt, a music company powered by innovative technology created as an alternative to the traditional music-business model
- TowerBrook Capital Partners and Warburg Pincus on Stonepeak’s investment in the AA
- Gen II Fund Services on the acquisition of Crestbridge’s Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Administration Business, increasing Gen II’s assets under administration to more than $1 trillion
- Beacon Rail on its acquisition of Mitsui Rail Capital Europe
- Royal Caribbean (NYSE: RCL) in the formation of a strategic partnership with iCON Infrastructure for an international destination development platform
- Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) in its sale of its Textile Effects division to SK Capital portfolio company Archroma
- KnowBe4, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, on the acquisition of Egress, a leader in adaptive and integrated cloud email security
- iCIMS, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, on the acquisition of Candidate.ID
- Vista Equity Partners on its strategic growth investment in Gatekeeper

- Elliott Advisors, owner of Waterstones and Barnes & Noble, on its bolt-on acquisition of Wordery.com, the online bookselling division of U.K. wholesaler Bertrams, the second largest United Kingdom based wholesaler of books
- Onex Corporation on its investment, together with TowerBrook Capital Partners, in Independent Clinical Services Group, a leading specialised staffing, workforce management solutions, and health and social services business operating primarily in Europe
- The Rise Fund, a global impact investing fund managed by alternative asset firm TPG, on the acquisition of approximately 1 gigawatt of solar PV projects in Europe and Latin America from Trina Solar
