Brendan Caldon is a partner in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He focuses his practice primarily on the representation of private equity companies and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their businesses, including leveraged acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, De-SPAC transactions and related general corporate counseling.
