Overview

Steven Cantor is a tax partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts, in- and out-of-court debt workouts, restructuring matters, minority investments in private equity sponsors, and financing matters. Steven also represents private equity and real estate fund managers in connection with the formation and operation of their funds.
