Christina A. Chaplygina is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and is a member of the Firm’s Debt Finance Practice Group. She focuses her practice on advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other borrowers on a variety of debt financing transactions, including acquisition financings, first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings.
