Overview

Stephen Coudounaris is an associate in the Technology & IP Transactions Practice Group in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Stephen supports clients on the intellectual property, technology and data elements of corporate transactions and other commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Kirkland in London, Stephen worked in the in-house legal team of KPMG Australia as a senior legal counsel advising the firm on its technology, software, data and IP related service offerings, joint ventures and procurements. Additionally, Stephen was previously a lawyer at two leading Australian law firms for technology, media and telecommunications matters, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Webb Henderson.
