Overview

Alexander (“Xander”) Flynn-Tabloff is an Employment & Labor partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Xander counsels employers in connection with all aspects of employment issues, including employee discipline and termination, compliance and policy matters, workplace restructuring, compensation arrangements, hiring and termination documentation, and agency investigations and audits. He routinely advises clients on structuring and drafting of employment, non-competition, non-solicitation, clawback, retention, and employment separation agreements. Xander has significant experience in advising clients on labor and employment matters arising out of complex U.S. and multinational corporate transactions, including negotiating and drafting labor and employment provisions of purchase agreements, assessing a target’s labor and employment law compliance and risks, and advising on successor liability. Xander’s robust experience litigating in U.S. federal and state courts, arbitration, and before regulatory bodies informs his approach to counseling and transactional matters.
