Overview

Nicholas Giannuzzi is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.  

Nicholas’ practice focuses on advising investment fund sponsors on a wide range of strategic and operational matters, including in connection with the formation, structuring, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of private equity and similar funds, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors. Nicholas has significant experience counseling both established and emerging sponsors across a wide range of investment strategies, as well as assisting sponsors in connection with negotiating and launching separately managed accounts, co-investment funds, aviation dedicated funds and other investment arrangements. His work ranges from advising established sponsors in connection with multibillion-dollar global fundraising mandates to guiding emerging managers through all aspects of establishing their operations and raising capital.
