Alexandria Glispie is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on the formation, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of private equity funds, hedge funds, fund of funds and other investment vehicles, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors. She also advises clients on a variety of general corporate counseling matters and management company events. Alexandria also has significant experience counseling commodity pool operators and advising buy side clients in their derivatives trading agreement negotiations.
