Richard A. Grossmann is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents both U.S. and non-U.S. clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures and other equity capital arrangements, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and M&A transactions involving real estate and real estate-related businesses.
