Rebecca Hill is a tax partner based in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Rebecca advises on a wide range of UK and international tax matters relevant to funds. This includes advising on fund structuring, cross-border investment structuring and carried interest/co-investment arrangements. Her clients include private equity, real estate, credit and infrastructure funds, as well as fund investors.

Rebecca was featured in the Lawdragon’s “Insights: Private Funds” issue, where she was described as an “up-and-comer on the tax side of private funds work”.

Rebecca has gained her experience working in both a magic circle law firm and a big four accounting practice.
