Overview

Steven M. Keithley is a corporate partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Steven’s practice focuses on debt finance transactions, with extensive experience representing private equity funds, hedge funds, mezzanine funds, special situation investors, financial institutions and public and private companies on all sides of complex transactions in the United States and abroad. He has successfully handled financings in connection with leveraged buyouts, public offerings, asset and cash-based financings and refinancings, restructurings (including in-court and out-of-court restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings, and exit financings), liability management transactions and workouts, and regularly counsels clients on working capital arrangements, debt compliance, corporate governance and other liability management matters.
