Overview

R.D. Kohut advises on all aspects of the employment relationship in transactional, counseling, and dispute resolution settings. R.D. leads labor and employment matters on deal work and restructurings; investigates and resolves harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, misconduct, and wage and hour allegations; and represents firms and executives in proceedings before courts, mediators, arbitrators, and administrative agencies. R.D. negotiates and drafts complex agreements relating to employment, partnership, contracting, retention, separation, noncompetition and other restrictive covenants, release, and collective bargaining. R.D. also plans and implements worker incentive, equity, and reduction in force programs and provides anti-harassment training.
