Emily Merki Long is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She has represented clients at all stages of litigation, from motions to dismiss through trial.

Emily also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has successfully obtained relief for her clients in both federal and state courts, and before the Court of Veterans Appeals.
