Overview

Sean McClay is a partner in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and is a member of the Firm’s Debt Finance Practice Group. He focuses his practice on advising corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, direct lenders, banks and other financial institutions on a variety of debt financing transactions within the private and syndicated markets, including cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, first and second lien credit facilities, subscription facilities, ABL facilities, restructurings and other event-driven financings.
