• Warburg Pincus and ArchiMed on the sale of Polyplus, a provider of upstream technologies for cell and gene therapies.
• Preservation Capital Partners on the acquisition of Saltus, a financial planning and investment management company. 
• Brookfield, as the majority shareholder of the Schoeller Allibert Group, in relation to its successful comprehensive recapitalisation.
• Warburg Pincus on the joint acquisition with TA Associates of a majority stake in the Epassi Group, a leading digital, pan-European employee benefits provider.
• Apex Fund Management, a portfolio company of TA Associates and Genstar, on the acquisition of certain business units of MJ Hudson, an asset management services provider.
• SailPoint, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, on the recommended cash acquisition of Osirium Technologies plc, a UK-based cybersecurity software provider.
• Partners Group on the acquisition of one of the largest district heating platforms in the Baltics from Finnish energy company, Forum Corporation.*
