Aakarsh Narula is an antitrust associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Aakarsh counsels clients on merger control and foreign investment laws of several jurisdictions, and has experience advising clients across a variety of sectors, as high technologies, pharmaceutical, aviation, and private equity. Aakarsh has previously worked a leading antitrust practice in New Delhi and holds an LL.M. in Science, Law, and Technology from Stanford Law School.

Advising Adenza on its acquisition by NASDAQ for $10.5 billion.
Advising Patient Square Capital on its $7.1 billion acquisition of Syneos Health, Inc. together with Elliott Investment Management and Veritas Capital Management.
Advising Thoma Bravo on its acquisition of UserTesting.

A global private equity fund in merger control of its investments in the digital payment and logistics sector in India.

A global technology company in the sale of its food delivery business in India.
