- Confidential Arbitration: Represented major U.S. airline in two-week arbitration involving $100 million contract dispute with regional airline.
- Jury Trial: Represented Constellation Brands, Inc. in a breach of contract and trademark infringement action in the Southern District of New York brought by Modelo de Mexico, an Anheuser-Busch InBev company. After trial, the jury delivered a unanimous verdict for Constellation Brands on all counts.
- Confidential Arbitration: Represented a hedge fund and the fund’s general partner in one-week arbitration involving contract dispute.
- Representing a telemedicine company in a breach of contract dispute related to an acquisition.
- Representing a major manufacturer of construction equipment in various commercial disputes with a distributor and related companies.
