Overview

Leila Ravi is a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Leila represents investors, developers, lenders (including banks and institutional investors), sponsors and borrowers in various types of finance and M&A transactions, with an emphasis on project finance. She has experience advising clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including the development, financing, acquisition, disposition and restructuring of energy and infrastructure projects.  She has experience with negotiating and drafting both project development documents and transaction documents.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Leila worked at a top tier U.S. law firm, advising companies and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border acquisition and debt financing transactions, including leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and M&A transactions.
