Jasmina Resic is a corporate associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of domestic and offshore private equity funds, funds-of-funds, real estate funds and other investment vehicles on a variety of legal and regulatory matters relating to their investment management businesses. Jasmina regularly assists clients with a broad range of compliance matters, including registering advisers with the SEC, developing compliance programs, assisting with ongoing compliance obligations and preparing regulatory filings.
Jasmina also advises clients on complex business transactions involving asset managers including mergers and acquisitions, GP minority sales and other strategic transactions.
