Overview

Brittany Roger is a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Brittany represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other private and public companies on structuring, negotiating and documenting their most complex debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, senior and subordinated lending transactions, first and second lien and asset-based financings. Her practice focuses on cross-border and domestic leveraged acquisitions in both syndicated and direct lending markets across various industries, including technology, food and beverage, lifestyle brands and healthcare.
