Sonam represents and advises clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds.
Sonam also has experience of related carried interest and co-investment arrangements, fund restructuring, and has advised sovereign wealth funds and pension funds on their investments in a range of private investment funds.
