Amanda Strickler is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She focuses her practice on advising private fund advisers on the structuring and formation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds and venture capital funds. In addition, Amanda advises private fund advisers on various regulatory, compliance and day-to-day operational matters.
