Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards 2020

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) honored Kirkland & Ellis with the “Mega Company Transaction of the Year Award” as part of its 2020 Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards. The Firm was awarded for its restructuring of iHeart Media, Inc. Since 1993, TMA has honored excellence through its annual awards program, which recognizes the most successful turnarounds and impactful transactions.
