Kirkland & Ellis Represents Sankaty Advisors on Purchase of £500 Million Loan Portfolio from Lloyds Banking Group

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP represents Sankaty Advisors, LLC, the credit affiliate of Bain Capital, LLC, on the purchase of a portfolio of 26 loans owned by members of the Lloyds Banking Group, with an outstanding value of more than £500 million. The transaction signed on 15 March 2012.
