Kirkland Represents AE Industrial Partners in Strategic Investments by Bonaccord Capital Partners and Wafra Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis represented private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, LP (AEI), in strategic investments by Bonaccord Capital Partners and funds managed by Wafra Inc. AEI specializes in aerospace, defense & government services, power generation and specialty industrial markets. Under the terms of the transactions, Bonaccord and Wafra each acquired passive minority interests in AEI.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds and transactional partners Jordan Murray and Stefan Paulovic.
