Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners-Backed RedSail Technologies in Proposed Acquisition of PioneerRx
Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners and its portfolio company RedSail Technologies, LLC, a leading provider of innovative and comprehensive healthcare and governmental software solutions, in its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire community pharmacy software provider PioneerRx, LLC. The value of the deal is undisclosed.
