Kirkland Advises Thorofare Capital on Acquisition by Callodine Group
Kirkland & Ellis advised Thorofare Capital, a real estate investment firm with over $1 billion in assets under management (AUM), on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Callodine Group, an asset management firm focused on yield-oriented investment strategies. The transaction is expected to close by year end and is subject to customary closing conditions.
