Kirkland Advises Apex Group on Acquisition of Pacific Fund Systems
Kirkland & Ellis advised Apex Group Ltd., a global financial services provider, on its acquisition of Pacific Fund Systems, a fund administration software business, from co-founders and Pollen Street Capital.
