Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners, a leading global investment firm, on its acquisition of Duck Creek Technologies (NASDAQ: DCT), the intelligent solutions provider defining the future of property and casualty insurance, for approximately $2.6 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the second calendar quarter of 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
