Kirkland & Ellis represented Blackstone Infrastructure Partners on its approximately $1 billion equity investment in Invenergy Renewables Holdings LLC. Blackstone’s investment builds on Blackstone’s nearly $3 billion investment in Invenergy in 2021 and 2022, in which Blackstone Infrastructure Partners was also represented by Kirkland.
