Kirkland Advises Warren Equity Partners on Closing of Oversubscribed Small Cap Fund II at Over $550 Million

Kirkland & Ellis advised Warren Equity Partners Manager, L.P. (WEP) on the final close of its latest small-cap private equity investment fund, Warren Equity Partners ELIDO Fund II, L.P. and Warren Equity Partners ELIDO Fund II-A, L.P. (collectively, WEP ELIDO II) at over $550 million. WEP ELIDO II closed on its hard cap, exceeding its initial target of $450 million. The oversubscribed fund includes commitments from a diverse group of new and returning investors including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments and foundations, fund of funds and family offices.
