Sean Z. Kramer is an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where his practice focuses on complex private equity and public company business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and corporate governance counseling.
Outside of the Firm, Sean co-chairs and teaches the University of Chicago Law School's Corporate Lab, a clinical program through which students learn transactional law by working with the legal and business teams of multinational companies.
Sean is also a member of the Law School's Ethics and Corporate Governance Planning Committee and serves on the Associates Board of the Golden Apple Foundation, a non-profit organization that funds and honors excellent Chicago Public Schools teachers.
