Overview

Catie Ventura is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s DC office whose practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters and complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in cases presenting novel questions of law and complex factual disputes. With regards to antitrust matters, Catie’s practice covers litigating criminal and civil antitrust violations on behalf of corporations and representing clients regarding antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Catie’s complex commercial litigation practice covers business torts, products liability, and breach of contract issues. Catie also maintains an active pro bono practice.
