Kevin M. Frank is a corporate partner in Kirkland's Chicago office. He has broad transactional experience in capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, high-yield debt offerings and tender offers. He also represents clients regarding a range of general corporate and securities laws matters, including Exchange Act periodic reporting and disclosure issues, Section 16 reporting best practices, stock exchange listing requirements and securities transfer issues.
