Overview

Natalie Sinzig is an intellectual property litigation partner in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Natalie focuses on patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and other intellectual property-related litigation. She has worked on cases in state court, federal court (including the Federal Circuit), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Natalie has experience taking and defending both fact and expert witness depositions, as well as preparing witnesses for trial. Natalie has worked on cases involving a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, solar panels, wireless networks, RFID systems, semiconductors, and digital mobile radios.

Most recently, Natalie was part of a trial team representing Motorola Solutions in a trade secret misappropriation and copyright infringement case. After a three month trial, the jury awarded $764M in compensatory and punitive damages — the total amount requested by Motorola.
