Michael S. Becker is of counsel in the Washington, D.C., office, who focuses his practice on antitrust and competition policy. Michael has considerable experience representing clients in complex antitrust litigation and counseling matters, and has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in litigation, regulatory, and appellate contexts. Beyond antitrust litigation, Michael also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial markets, and regulated industries, and has represented clients in numerous matters before regulatory agencies. Because Michael has a Ph.D. in Economics, he often works with economic experts in these contexts and will bring his extensive economic experience to a wide variety of matters.
