• Appellate arguments before the Eighth Circuit, the Illinois Supreme Court, and the First and Third Districts of the Illinois Appellate Courts.
• Trial experience in Federal District Court in Illinois, Minnesota and New Jersey, and Illinois state court.
• Arbitration experience in reinsurance arbitration in Illinois.

Merger & Acquisition due diligence experience, with an emphasis on analysis of the target's litigation history.
