Vicki Hood is the partner in charge of Kirkland's employee benefits group. Vicki's practice focuses on the employee and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions and bankruptcy. Vicki also has extensive experience in advising venture capital, real estate and leveraged buyout funds regarding Department of Labor plan asset rules and compliance with ERISA fiduciary requirements.
