Represented Apax Partners in the approximately $1.4 billion going private of The Trizetto Group, Inc., a premier provider of information technology solutions for the healthcare supply chain.

Represented a private equity firm in the leveraged acquisition of a provider of storage and safety equipment rentals to the petrochemical and refining industries.

Represented a leading media and healthcare focused private equity firm in the spin out of a medical education business from a global business information conglomerate.

Represented a leading healthcare investment firm in its venture capital investment in a company developing technologies for the treatment of obesity.

Represented a private equity firm in the leveraged acquisition of a dinner dining cruise line.
