Overview

John Del Monaco is a litigation partner with experience in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, with a particular focus on securities and shareholder litigation. He has represented clients in arbitrations and in state and federal courts throughout the United States in matters relating to securities, fraud, fiduciary duties, and other corporate governance matters, as well as myriad other complex commercial litigation claims. John has tried numerous cases in courts and arbitrations around the country, including multiple jury trials in federal and state court. John has been recognized for his work in litigation by The Legal 500 U.S. and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” for Securities (2014–2018) and a “New York Super Lawyer” (2021–2023) by Super Lawyers.
