William T. Vuk is an partner in the intellectual property litigation group in Kirkland's New York office where his practice focuses on patent litigation. Bill has had extensive experience in complex patent litigation. He has represented major pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology companies in patent litigations involving pharmaceutical compounds, pharmaceutical formulations, drug delivery systems, biologics, and nucleic acid testing. His work includes numerous challenges to Abbreviated New Drug Applications for the world's leading prescription antihistamine. Bill also has appellate experience with both the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
