Overview

Paul Zier is a partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office. His practice is principally concentrated in the areas of investment funds, corporate finance, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Paul focuses his practice on public and private securities offerings, and general corporate and securities law advice, including public and private debt and equity offerings (representing issuers, underwriters and investors), corporate restructurings and venture capital financings, periodic reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance, Section 13 and Section 16 reporting obligations, and blue sky matters. His mergers and acquisition practice includes a variety of stock and asset acquisitions and mergers of both public and private companies.
