Overview

Anna is a tax partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP, leading on knowledge management for Kirkland’s London tax practice and with broad responsibility for know-how, training and professional support. Anna has almost two decades of experience at leading international law firms as a practicing lawyer and more recently in knowledge management. She was instrumental in establishing, and is responsible for the continuing development of, the tax knowledge management platform and tax training programme in London, that now supports a growing team of over 40 tax attorneys.

Anna has a broad range of UK and international tax experience, in particular on private fund structuring, real estate fund structuring, cross-border corporate and private equity M&A, and complex cross-border restructurings.
