Joshua Hanna represents a broad range of clients in complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and restructuring. He regularly advises U.S. and international institutional investors, private equity funds and real estate companies in transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial and community living. A partner in the Firm’s Real Estate practice, Josh also counsels clients within the hospitality sector on transactions involving hotels, casinos, restaurants and golf courses. In addition, he actively assists clients in structuring ownership and investment vehicles (such as joint ventures and private real estate investment trusts) that are designed to maximize efficiency and achieve specific objectives for each unique client and transaction, and works with clients to interpret governing agreements and implement strategies within existing structures.
