Overview

Adam Wexner is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies on complex business transactions.

Adam has structured, negotiated and closed M&A transactions ranging in size from less than $30 million to more than $4 billion for clients such as Olympus Partners, Blue Sea Capital, Pritzker Private Capital, Aterian Investment Partners, Vesey Street Capital Partners, Technology Crossover Ventures and Curewell Capital.

Adam earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. His civic and nonprofit leadership includes serving as a Founding Member of the Impact Council for A Better Chicago, a venture philanthropy fund focused on improving educational opportunities for low-income Chicagoans.
