Kon is a Partner in Kirkland's European Restructuring Group and acts for a range of stakeholders in national and international financial restructuring, insolvency and complex dispute resolution matters.

- Acting for debtors and insolvency practitioners of national and multinational corporations in cross-border insolvencies and reorganisation transactions.
