Sarah Gabriel represents issuers in capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, public and private offerings of high yield debt and tender and exchange offers. Sarah also advises public companies and private equity sponsors regarding Sections 13 and 16 reporting obligations, SEC compliance, Exchange Act periodic reporting and disclosure, stock exchange requirements and corporate governance matters.
Sarah was named an "Illinois Rising Star" in 2010 and 2011 by Super Lawyers magazine.
