Christopher Hoffman is a partner in the real estate group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has extensive experience representing U.S. and non-U.S. clients in the formation of real estate private equity funds and joint venture arrangements. In addition, he regularly represents and counsels real estate private equity clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, management and leasing of real estate and real estate related assets and companies. Christopher also assists in all real estate aspects of corporate bankruptcies, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, public/private offerings and related transactions.
