Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. - Represented Sun-Times Media Group in its Chapter 11 cases which were precipitated by declines in the print advertising market and significant tax debts resulting from actions taken by prior management.  Guided company through successful 363 sale process and navigated post-sale estate through orderly winddown and confirmation of Chapter 11 plan of liquidation.  Prior to its going concern sale, Sun-Times Media Group published, printed, and distributed more than 50 newspapers in the greater Chicago metropolitan area, including the Chicago Sun Times, which has the second highest daily circulation of any newspaper in Chicago.
