Green Valley Ranch Gaming and Aliante Gaming - Represented two Las Vegas-area hotel-casinos in their successful prepackaged Chapter 11 cases in Reno, Nevada.  Guided GVR's sale of its assets in bankruptcy through a plan that paid proceeds to first-lien lenders and that included releases of claims of alleged mismanagement and purported clawback claims arising from previous financing transactions.  Defended plan against attacks from second-lien lenders, resulting in their removal from unsecured creditors' committee.  Led Aliante through organized transfer of assets to its prepetition lender in satisfaction of its secured debt.

Citadel Broadcasting Corporation - Represented Citadel Broadcasting Corporation in its Chapter 11 cases in the Southern District of New York, in which Citadel restructured over $2.4 billion in indebtedness, including secured bank debt and two subordinated bond issuances.  Citadel, now part of Cumulus Media, was the third-largest radio broadcaster in the United States, with 224 radio stations in the nation's leading markets and the distributor of news and talk radio programming to more than 4,000 station affiliates.

Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. - Represented Sun-Times Media Group in its Chapter 11 cases which were precipitated by declines in the print advertising market and significant tax debts resulting from actions taken by prior management.  Guided company through successful 363 sale process and navigated post-sale estate through orderly winddown and confirmation of Chapter 11 plan of liquidation.  Prior to its going concern sale, Sun-Times Media Group published, printed, and distributed more than 50 newspapers in the greater Chicago metropolitan area, including the Chicago Sun Times, which has the second highest daily circulation of any newspaper in Chicago. 

Muzak LLC - Represented Muzak LLC and its affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases, in which Muzak restructured approximately $500 million in debt obligations, including obligations relating to secured bank debt and senior and subordinated public bond debt.  Muzak has been a leading provider of business music since 1934, and creates sensory experiences that reach more than 100 million people daily.

Sea Containers - Represented a leading, London-based marine container leasing company, in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and global restructuring.
